Booklets In 2009-2010, I produced the BoardIQ
best practices series of sponsored booklets. After lining up three to four sponsors around a particular subject, I arranged
a roundtable discussion including one participant from each sponsor and four independent directors of mutual funds. The sponsors
and directors networked over lunch, then set down to a three hour roundtable discussion. I wrestled the transcript into a
booklet draft for all participants to review. The final result was mailed to all directors of the top 250 mutual fund complexes
